Abstract

This group of case studies discusses the improprieties of government employees as relates to the misappropriation of funds, false representation, and the subversion of established rules, guidelines, and laws.

Case 15.7 deals with the issue of government contracts held by universities.

Conflict of interest is noted in Case 15.10, as is taking advantage of public trust in Case 15.12.
